Password Self Service allows you to manage your Abertay password at any time using your mobile phone number and/or an alternative email address.
Usernames should always include @uad.ac.uk for any Microsoft services. Remember to update all of your devices (eg. phones, tablets) with your new password.
If you are currently locked out of your IT account and have not yet registered for Microsoft Password Self Service but have registered security questions and answers on the previous system, you can still access this here. If you have not registered for either password self-service system, you must complete the Password Reset Request form. Please note, it can take up to 3 working days to carry out a manual password reset.
